Switch to You New Health Insurance Provider with NextMD
If you switched health insurance providers or plans this year, be sure to contact your primary care provider and make sure your medical records are up-to-date before having your EMR transferred to your new medical provider’s office. With obamacare open enrollment almost over, if you haven’t already signed up for affordable insurance via the healthcare marketplace, you should place that on the top of your To Do List. When looking for individual health insurance plans or when you compare health insurance on healthcare.gov, there are a few thing to consider; finding a primary care provider in-network, cost of high deductible plans, and how extensive your insurance coverage will be.
In November 2016 NextGen will host their annual One symposium and User Group Meeting in Las Vegas. NextGen users, provider, and peers can attend different hands-on learning sessions to make the NextMD patient portal login experience more useful and easy to use.
